Komisyon sa a konpoze de 7 manm sa yo : enjenyè Kleman Belizè (Kowòdonatè), Patrik Dirandis, Patrik Delatou, achitèk Danyèl Eli, Sabin Malbranch, Jòj Michèl ak Yvan Penchina, resevwa epi analize aktyèlman dosye konkou a ki gen yon pòte nasyonal ak entènasyonal.

Sepandan, m ap reprann sa komisyon an ekri nan jounal Ayiti Lib. Komisyon an pa an mezi pou founi yon repons egzakt sou konbyen kòb sa ap koute pou rekonstriksyon sa a. Pakont, daprè yon estimasyon apwoksimatif de achitèk Danyèl Eli, rekonstriksyon Palè Nasyonal la ta ka koute ant 40 ak 50 milyon dola Ameriken. Selon estatistik yo, Ayiti ap travèse yon gwo kriz ekonomik grav, men sa pa ka anpeche ke Ayisyen mete tèt yo ansanm pou fè yon gwo leve de fon pou ka jwenn montan sa a ke komisyon an anvizaje a. Sa k te pase a te pase deja, men fòk nou pran desten nou nan men pou n vanse pou pi devan.

Mwen vle di tout konpatriyòt Ayisyen mwen yo ke kèlkeswa wotè w, kalite etid ou fè, rich oswa pòv, nwa oswa milat, se byen, men se pa vrèman enpòtan pou kounye a. Lè a rive pou nou aprann kolabore pou mete men nan rekonstriksyon NOUVÈL AYITI a. Ayiti bay tout pitit li yo OPÒTINITE pou yo rive kichòy, men nan plizyè okazyon pase, petèt nou pa t pwofite de chans sa a, nou kite l ale, nou pase tan nou pito nan simen diskòd youn ak lòt; epi peyi a pa ka devlope jan nou tout ta espere l la. Kisa m vle di, gouvènman Ayisyen an gen bòn volonte pou remete Ayiti kanpe sou de pye l ankò, menm si gen kèk pati politik ki pa rive antann yo youn ak lòt, sa pèmèt pafwa ke pwosesis demokratik la ap mache oralanti. Sanble gen kèk Ayisyen oswa kèk gwoup poko vle pran konsyans pou mete fen nan tout tibilans politik pèmanan sa a. Sa fè trè lontan peyi a ajenou anba lamizè, povrete ekstrèm, avilisman nasyonal tankou entènasyonal, katastwòf natirèl siksesif enkyetan yo ak lòt sikonstan malouk k ap frape nou chak jou pi plis. Haiti should have completely demolished so that Haitians would put themselves together to rebuild it. We are in an era of recent days where Haitians will learn to differentiate each other, and love the other. The time has come to draw us close to each other. Guess what!

A brief reminder for all those who are not familiar with what is happening in Haiti. I want to remind you that a presidential commission has been created in the last month of April to handle the reconstruction of the National Palace. The commission is composed of these 7 members: Engineer Clement Belizair (Coordinator), Patrick Durandis, Patrick Delatour, the Architect Daniel Elie, Sabin Malbranche, Georges Michel and Yvan Penchinat, are currently receiving and analyzing the contest’s record containing a national and international range.

However, I repeat what the commission wrote in the newspapers Haiti Libre. The Commission is not in a position to provide an accurate response to how much this will cost for this reconstruction, according to an approximate estimation of the architect Daniel Elie, the reconstruction of the National Palace would cost between 40 and 50 million Americans. According to statistics, Haiti is experiencing a serious economic crisis, but this cannot prevent Haitians from putting themselves together to make a huge fundraising to find the amount that the commission is considering. Everyone is making their efforts to live, if really Haitians say they love Haiti, I do not want to believe it would be in words only, rather that should be manifested in CONCRETE ACTIONS we are every day pursuing. We like good things, I know that. It is at this time we will prove that we are not a barbarous, a wild people, but we are people just like everyone else. We have one country called Haiti; it is clear that the  international aid alone cannot deliver Haiti. Haitians can develop their country. We will show this through that CONCRETE ACTIONS we will lay to initiate our participation to make this challenge becomes a reality. If it appears impossible in the eyes of some, but for God it is not impossible.

To tell you all the truth, the government has its own funds that they generate through some institutions to get the state's income so that this project realizes. We cannot remain indifferent by our side. If we really cooperate, the National Palace will be recaptured in the next 2 years before the end of the mandate the President Jovenel Moise. Regardless of your trend or political attachment, you are Haitian at first. The great initiative is our own affair. According to the commission, some people would like that the Palace to be done in another way while preserving the same facade that was before, the architect Daniel Elie said: “it would be better if they would have preserved the same architectural design that our Haitian architect Georges Baussan (1874-958), himself who built the National Palace in 1918, considered at that time to be the most successful neoclassical Palace in Americas. It is a distinction not to be lost in the new construction as architect Daniel Elie believes it.”

Today, all Haitians must first be concerned about what is being doing inside Haiti. I would not like anyone to take pretexts to say that, this does not concern them; it is the government's job to do what they know to afford to rebuild this beautiful building that we had. Yes, it's true you're right. But do not forget that our motto says: “IN UNION WE HAVE STRENGTH”. Again, "MANY HANDS, THE BURDEN IS NOT HEAVY". What you are going to give, "LITTLE BY LITTLE THE BIRD WILL MAKE ITS NEST". We do not want to make the story longer because everyone saw the great devastation of the devastating earthquake on January 12, 2010 in Haiti, where it demolished most of the public buildings, leaving behind the businesses and private homes, mental paralysis, that disaster gave frigging fever, where more than 300 thousand people had lost their lives. Those with disabilities are also living under our eyes in Haiti, as well as others who have gone abroad during this horrific catastrophe. Can we keep watching without we are not continuing to act? No! What happened already happened, but we must take our destiny in hands and keep moving forward.

I want to say to all my Haitian compatriots that regardless of your height, the type of study you do, rich or poor, blacks or mulattos, it’s good, but it is not so important for now. The time has come to learn to cooperate as to put hands on in the reconstruction of the NEW HAITI. Haiti gives its children the opportunity to become something, but on several past occasions, perhaps we did not take advantage of this chance, we let it go, we prefer spending our time to sow discord with each other; and the country can’t grow as we all expect it. What I mean is that the Haitian government has the goodwill to put Haiti back on its two feet, even though there are some political parties that do not get along with each other, sometimes which allows the democratic process to go through. Apparently, some Haitians or groups do not yet want to take consciousness to terminate this entire permanent political turbulence. It’s been a long time the country kneels down under misery and extreme poverty, national degradation as well as international, catastrophic natural disasters, and other inconvenient circumstances that hit us every day. Look at your hands to see if our fingers are the same length! No! Does this prevent the fingers from being part of them? Not at all. Can we cross our arms asking what the government or the president is doing for us? No. Preferably, we should rather say, what we plan to do to help our country advance. We know our Haitian compatriots are courageous people, tenderness, they love their neighbors, and their families are suffering. They all want to make the difference today; they want to give the world the greatest moral lessons where they are not expecting all the time foreigners are coming to support us. This is why I take this great commitment to tell you that we are all in it, to rebuild our country. Don’t say it doesn’t matter! And, wherever you are, don’t say you are not in the question of Haiti. What is Haiti? Know that your umbilical cord has been buried there, even if you have another nationality, it will not make you different, you still remain Haitians. To close this paragraph, I invite all Haitians to make this gesture without complaining, it’s to cooperate, invest in people, share, and build together, etc… I'm proud to be Haitian. Are you not proud too, are you?

Laying of the first stone of the National Palace:

Avenide Joseph the Spokesperson for the Presidency confirmed that the ceremony of laying the foundation stone will take place on January 12, 2018 during the activities marking the 8th anniversary of the 2010 earthquake.

The Youth Forum already provides a contribution of a cheque of 5,000 gourds to the Public Treasury for the reconstruction of the National Palace. And you? When are you making your gesture?

N/B. - This note does not engage me in anything to raise funds to help rebuild the Haitian National Palace. It does not have anything to do with any supporter or political affiliation. I just want to motivate all Haitians in the Diaspora and Haitians in Haiti to cooperate in this initiative. If anyone has the willingness to provide his/her participation, I will urge him to do so quickly, to find out with the ethnic instincts involved in Haiti for your involvement. You will also be advised to be careful not to give others or any organization that the Haitian Executive has attributed to a legal task to collect this money. If you are best informed of this, you will be able to send your full security contribution to the Haitian government and you must make sure it reaches its destination. Already we thank you for your understanding and cooperation as you are interested in helping Haiti recover its image. We are all concerned and we are all responsible. We are a BIG CHAMPION. Yes, together we can rebuild our beautiful country Haiti.
